Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to the United States only, and shipping is always free. There are no shipping charges at checkout, ever.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders ship from a US warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from the ship date. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@calmcurl.com and we will sort it out.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email info@calmcurl.com as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before the order ships. We cannot change an address once the carrier has the package.

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days at info@calmcurl.com. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement.
